Tang Liang
Tang Liang, nato a Nanjing nel 1955. Nel 1982 si diploma presso l’istituto di Belle Arti di Nanjing. Nel 1984 consegue il diploma magistrale presso l’Istituto Centrale di Belle Arti (il predecessore dell’Accademia di arte e Design, Università di Tsinghua).
Nel 1998, consegue un Master presso l’Università di Metudor, Australia. Ad oggi è socio dell’Associazione China Mural e dell’Associazione Architettonica della Cina, membro della commissione Del Comitato per la Promozione di Scambi Etnici e Culturali e vicepresidente dell’Istituto di Ricerca della Pittura Cinese.
Ha pubblicato diverse monografie e libri come “Emotional Line – Tangliang Pen Painting Album”, “Nostalgia – Tangliang sketch”, “Tangliang Boutique set of Pen Painting”, “Yuxin Tongyuan”, “Viaggio in America – Tangliang Pen Paintings”, “Getting touch – Tangliang Portrait sketches”, Raggiungendo Haiqi – Tangliang Pen sketches.
Inoltre, molti dei suoi lavori sono stati scelti per essere mostrati in raccolte quali “Sketch Album Hong Kong”, “Album d’acquarelli di artisti di Hong Kong”, “L’Annuario dei Maestri della calligrafia e pittura della Cina Contemporanea”, “Classic and Harmony”, “Chinese Boutique set of Pen Paintings”, “Collezione della terza Competizione Cinese di disegno con penna a sfera”, etc… Negli anni passati i suoi lavori sono stati esposti in numerose mostre, indipendenti e di gruppo, sia in patria che all’estero, vincendo in alcuni casi anche delle medaglie d’oro.
Tang Liang, born in Nanjing in 1955. In 1982, he graduated from Nanjing School of Arts and Crafts. In 1984, he graduated from senior training class of Central Institute of Arts and Crafts (the predecessor of Academy of Arts & Design , Tsinghua University).
In 1998, he got Master’s Degree from the University of Metudor, Australia. He is now a member of China Mural Association, member of the Architectural Association of China, a committee of Hong Kong Artists Association, a committee of Asian Artists Association, a committee of The Council for the Promotion of Ethnic Cultural Exchange and the vice chairman of Chinese Pen-Painting Research Institute.
He has published monographs and books such as Emotional Line-Tangliang Pen Painting Album, Homesickness- Tangliang sketch, Tangliang Boutique set of Pen Painting, Yuxin Tongyuan, A trip to America – Tangliang Pen Paintings, Getting touch – Tangliang Portrait sketches, Reaching out to Haiqi – Tangliang Pen sketches. Additionally, many of his works were chosen to be showed in books and albums like Sketch Album Hong Kong, Watercolour album of Hong Kong Artists, the Year-book of Chinese Contemporary Calligraphy And Painting Masters, Classic and Harmony, Chinese Boutique set of Pen Paintings, Collection of 3th China Pen Painting Competition, etc…
In the past years, his works were showed in many solo exhibitions and group exhibitions at home and abroad, part of them won gold medals.
